Shaun Davies MP, Member of Parliament for Telford, is hosting a coffee drop in event in Overdale on Friday 13th of March.
The event, taking place at the Carpenter Centre between 3pm and 4:30pm, will give residents the opportunity to seek advice or discuss issues directly with their MP, no booking required. The event will bring together a wide range of local organisations and public services, giving attendees hands on support on the very same day.
Partners attending on the day include Age UK, Telford Mind, West Mercia Police, Lawley and Overdale Parish Council, Citizens Advice, Telford Job Box, Telford & Wrekin Council, the Department for Work and Pensions, Stay Telford, Housing Plus, and other local services.
Shaun regularly hosts community drop in events with the aim to make it as easy as possible for Telford constituents to receive support, either with a quick question or with more complex issues such as employment, housing or finances.
Shaun Davies MP said: “When I stand up for Telford in Parliament, it’s your views, those of residents and local businesses, that drive everything I do. That’s why these events are so important to have that direct engagement and make sure your voices are heard.

Events are scheduled across Telford every month this year to ensure residents in all parts of the borough have opportunities to meet their MP locally, with events already being held in Sutton Hill and Telford Town Centre.
