Last week, Shaun visited Newdale Primary School as part of the school’s Careers’ Day, meeting with pupils from Years 4, 5 and 6 to share insights into his role as an MP.
During the visit, Shaun spoke with pupils about what it is like to represent the community, explained how Parliament works, and answered a wide range of thoughtful questions from the children.
As always, the opportunity to hear directly from pupils and answer their questions was the highlight of the visit. Their enthusiasm, curiosity and interest in how our democracy works made it a fantastic occasion.

With the six-week summer holidays now beginning, families across Telford are preparing for a well-earned break. Shaun wishes all pupils, parents and school staff a wonderful summer holiday.
